The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is less, the manure in the pigsty becomes treasure, the straw is used better, and the recovery rate of agricultural film is higher. This year, we will continue to adhere to the direction of green agricultural development and further intensify our work.

　　First, focus on strengthening policy support. Improve the green-oriented agricultural subsidy system, improve the agricultural ecological compensation mechanism, and improve the management methods such as reducing the use of agricultural inputs, classified management of cultivated land, and conservation of agricultural resources.

　　The second is to focus on implementing the five major actions of agricultural green development. Carry out the action of replacing chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer in 175 counties in the advantageous production areas of fruit, vegetable and tea; Implement the action of recycling manure in 685 livestock production counties; Implement comprehensive utilization of straw in 200 counties; Implement agricultural film recycling operations in 100 counties; Take the Yangtze River Basin as the focus, and carry out aquatic life protection actions.

Deepen cooperation in Industry-University-Research, organize superior scientific research units and enterprises, carry out joint research on key technologies of agricultural eco-environment, release major leading agricultural green production technologies, and promote 100 leading technologies with high quality, safety, cost saving, high efficiency and eco-friendliness.

Weave a "net" for agricultural ecological environmental protection monitoring, improve 40,000 national monitoring points such as cultivated land soil environmental quality, 240 farmland nitrogen and phosphorus loss, 500 agricultural film residues and 280 straw resources, strengthen monitoring and evaluation, and promote supervision and assessment in an integrated manner.
