2024 Toyota RAV4 launched

On September 12, the new RAV4 Rongfang was officially released, launched by FAW Toyota, covering 2.0L gasoline, 2.5L intelligent electric hybrid dual engine and 2.5L intelligent plug-in dual engine three power versions, the price range is set between 169,800 and 297,800 yuan. This update, the new RAV4 Rongfang maximum official reduction reached 8000 yuan, the main style PLUS version price 199,800 yuan, and the entry-level urban version is sold at 169,800 yuan. For new customers who buy cars in September, they can also enjoy an additional 24,000 yuan limited-time discount, and the cumulative discount can reach 32,000 yuan.

RAV4 Rongfang has amassed more than 2 million loyal users in the 15 years since it launched in the Chinese market in 2009. Since the launch of the smart electric hybrid dual-engine version in 2019, the market share has increased by 1.25% in the year. In the first eight months of this year, Rongfang has accounted for 9.31% of the fuel SUV market segment, and in July, it won the top spot in the fuel SUV market segment with sales of 19,000 units.

Compared with the old model, the new RAV4 has been adjusted and improved in terms of product sequence, texture and intelligence, and a new spar green body color has been added. Among them, the main models such as the Fashion PLUS version have a new look inside and outside. The appearance design from the front grille to the tail is more fashionable and dynamic. The interior enhances the texture and ride comfort by improving the details such as door panel materials and armrests. Moreover, these main versions also add electric tailgates, which greatly facilitate the daily use of different client bases.

In terms of size, as a compact SUV, the new RAV4 has a body size of 4600 (4610) mm long * 1855 (1865) mm wide * 1680 (1685) mm high, and a wheelbase of 2690mm, ensuring a good interior space.

In terms of power system, the new model offers three options: 2.0L naturally aspirated engine, maximum power 126kW, peak torque 206N · m, matching CVT gearbox; 2.5L oil-electric hybrid system; and 2.5L plug-in hybrid system. Both hybrid models are equipped with E-CVT electronic continuously variable transmission, achieving a smooth and efficient driving experience. It is worth mentioning that the RAV4 Rongfang was rolled off the production line of FAW Toyota Changchun Toyoshi Branch, demonstrating its economy and reliability with its comprehensive fuel consumption of 100 kilometers as low as 5.1L, low failure rate and maintenance cycle of 10,000 kilometers. 2024 Toyota RAV4 Rongfang is on the market!
