Autonavi Maps becomes the only designated platform for Xiamen Marathon Global Online

Recently, Autonavi Maps announced that it has reached a cooperation with Xiamen Marathon officials to become the only designated platform for the 2024 global online marathon of this well-known international marathon event. From December 10th, marathon enthusiasts from all over the world can register through Autonavi Maps and participate in the online event challenge from December 24th to January 7th. After finishing the race, you can obtain an electronic certificate jointly certified by Autonavi Maps and Xiamen Marathon officials, as well as virtual or physical medals.

According to reports, the Xiamen Marathon has a long history of more than 20 years since its first event was held in 2003. Since 2007, it has continuously obtained the world’s highest level of "IAAF Road Running Gold Standard Event" certification and the China Athletics Association "Gold Medal Event" certification, which can be regarded as the absolute benchmark in various domestic marathon events.

From now on, for this Xiamen Marathon, Autonavi Maps provides registration services for the global online race, as well as the "Transmit the spirit of Xiamen and light up the world" activity. Users only need to search for the keyword "Xiamen Marathon" on the Autonavi Maps APP to participate. Users who complete the registration can choose a suitable outdoor route on the Autonavi sports during the specified time period, participate in the global online race challenge, and win exquisite virtual or physical souvenirs.

Not only limited to online races, Autonavi has also jointly created a "green race map" with the official Xiama. Users can directly check the route details of the offline race by searching for "2024 C & D Xiamen Marathon Route Map", which includes key information such as the starting and finishing points, surrounding attractions and medical supply stations.
