  A few days ago, the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued a notice, canceling the handling fee for personal cash withdrawal at the counter of the bank in different places, and suspending the collection of six fees for promissory notes and bills of exchange, loss reporting fee and production cost. All commercial banks should take the initiative to waive the account management fee and annual fee for the only account opened by customers in the bank.

  Previously, some banks would only provide customers with an account free of account management fees and annual fees if they actively applied.

  Failure to register drones before the end of August will be considered illegal.

  The Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in real-name registration system issued by the Airworthiness Certification Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of China clearly stipulates that the owners of civil unmanned aerial vehicles must register their real names from June 1, 2017. After August 31, 2017, if the owner of the civil drone fails to implement real-name registration and paste the registration mark in accordance with these regulations, his behavior will be regarded as an illegal act in violation of laws and regulations, and the use of his drone will be affected, and the regulatory authorities will impose penalties in accordance with relevant regulations.

  The measures stipulate that pesticide operators should meet the following conditions: they have a technical secondary school degree or above in agronomy, plant protection, pesticides and other related majors or more than 56 hours of study experience in professional education and training institutions, are familiar with pesticide management regulations, master professional knowledge of pesticides and pest control, and can guide operators who use pesticides safely and reasonably; Having a business place of not less than 30 square meters and a storage place of not less than 50 square meters, and being effectively isolated from other commodities, living areas and drinking water sources; Those who run other agricultural inputs concurrently should have relatively independent pesticide management areas.

  Beijing: Some roads will be closed to foreign cars all day.

  The Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau issued a notice, in order to ensure the traffic safety and smoothness of urban roads, from August 14th, other provinces, districts and cities were prohibited from issuing license plates (including temporary license plates) for passenger cars.
